When we work for you in Search mode we will spend time with both your Management team and the team within which the new recruit is to be embedded. This gives us a greater fell for the type of “fit” that is required and also creates an opportunity to discuss potential of people from specific companies.

Where we are engaged in this activity we guarantee NOT to approach any of your staff to whom we are introduced for a period of 12 months. We do not create vacancies by stealing your staff.
