We work with both Retailers and Technology Providers (Developers and VAR’s) to recruit people with experience of developing, selling or using the relevant technology tools and skills essential for the Retail sector.
The specific technical skills can differ from one retail sector to another so we will always look first for people with relevant experience within the same area. Where the skills might be deemed transferable we will look at parallel experience, but will always look for a minimum of 75% match against the specific criteria. As we work across all aspects of Retail, from Hospitality and Leisure (including Betting and Gaming), to Retail and Etail we do understand the different thought processes required but like to think that we can provide you with a “joined-up” recruitment service.
